I’ve been coming here for years and have consistently had the best service. The owner, Todd, is honest, wise, and always goes above and beyond. Daniel and the technicians are just as helpful and honest. In all the shops I’ve gone to, I’ve never had service the way this Midas serves its customers and cars.

Daniel and Damian went above and beyond! I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service Daniel provided, the reminder texts, the pictures and updates I received of my vehicle during inspection and explanation of issues, solutions and fair prices. It is obvious the employees are passionate about the service they provide. I will never take my car anywhere else. Damian did a fantastic job getting my car back into shape and brought issues that needed further inspection to my attention. I appreciate the honest work and quality of work this location provides. Midas off Brainerd has a customer for life. Thank you!!! Daniel, I’ll be back before 500 miles!

I've been a customer for a few months now and I had to use the restroom this time around. I just need everyone to know this is THE CLEANEST AUTO SERVICE BUSINESS BATHROOM I have ever seen!!! Seriously, so impressed with the attention to detail Todd and Danny give to insure the comfort of their guests is continued through the shop and service. I will never go anywhere else! ETA: I can't figure out how to leave another review, but I got more to say!! 1) bathroom? Still impeccable!! 2) I have never had a car worked on a left without a list of what I need done next. Daniel said my car is all up to standard and I don't need to come back. I mean, for oil changes and tires and such, yeah; but what kind of manager doesn't try to upsale when it's not needed? A great one!! Thanks again guys!!

Always a great experience. Excellent work, great customer service, verifiable honesty, great rates. I’ve been coming here for years through several different vehicles and I appreciate their work and their integrity. Hope to use them for the rest of my life.

The customer service was great, but I went in for a service explain to them what I was looking for and I got the complete opposite. I paid for something that I had already knew about and it cost me $141. I explained to the guy what What my concerns was about my vehicle he assured me that they will find out what was wrong with it and they didn’t. He called me shortly after it explained to me that it will be a couple of extra hundred dollars, which I wish he could have told me that before I paid my moneyI understand things Cost but when someone Walk into a business for a service and don’t receive it. That’s not a good look I’m a single mom, it doesn’t have money to waste was trying to do with the right way, but I feel like I got scammed out of my money but it’s cool.
